HONG KONG – A cascade of national and HKSAR flags decorated a residential building in Kwun Tong to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland on July 1.

Residents of Ping Shek Estate, a public housing estate, appreciated the decoration and took photos of the flags.
