HONG KONG – Hong Kong reported nine new COVID-19 cases on Thursday, including four that were locally transmitted, bringing the city’s total of confirmed cases to 11,428.

No untraceable infection were found among the new cases, according to a statement issued by the Centre for Health Protection, the first time in nearly four months.

The four local infections involved a 1-year-old boy, a 10-year-old girl, a 38-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman.

The five imported cases included three travelers from the Philippines and one each from India and Pakistan.
