HONG KONG – The Olympic sailing squad from Hong Kong, China, departed on Tuesday morning for Tokyo 2020, 10 days ahead of the Olympic Games.

The 5-member team, including two athletes, is Hong Kong's first Olympic contingent to arrive in Japan.

Chan King-Yin, the head coach of the team expected his members to keep healthy amid the COVID-19 pandemic and adapt to the venues as soon as possible.

The Olympic sailing events will take place between July 25 and Aug 4.
