United States.- Century Casinos has announced that Lyle Randolph, a long-serving regional vice president and general manager, has been appointed executive vice president of operations for the US. He will be responsible for managing the company’s seven US properties, which together feature 4,701 slot machines and 93 table games.

Randolph began his gaming career in 1995 at Casino Aztar in Missouri. Following the acquisition of the property by Isle of Capri Casinos, he became general manager for both Caruthersville and Cape Girardeau.

Since Century Casinos acquired the Missouri properties in 2019, Randolph has served as vice president of operations for both casinos. Throughout his tenure, he has remained actively involved in civic, charitable, and industry leadership initiatives, including statewide advisory appointments and leadership positions with regional business, tourism, humanitarian, and gaming organizations.

For the three months ended March 31, the company reported net operating revenue of $137.2 million, marking a 5 per cent increase year-over-year and setting a new record for a first quarter. Earnings from operations were $11.8 million, representing a 65 per cent rise.
